Interested in finding out if your farm falls under the 40 CFR 112, otherwise know as the EPA SPCC law? In less than two minutes, we can help you determine if you need a spill plan to be in compliance. Our simple quiz helps you determine:
Alert: Please provide your first name.
Alert: Please provide your last name.
Alert: Please provide a valid email address.
Alert: Please provide a phone number.
We don't share your information with the EPA! For more info, review our Privacy and Confidentiality policy.
Please outline your storage capacity to help us determine whether a SPCC plan even applies to you.
Alert: Please answer Yes or No..
Be sure and include all containers, including portable containers that are 55 gallon in capacity or greater.
A confusing point for many is whether multiple SPCC plans are required. You only need to count containers that are on the same parcel or adjoining parcels of land. For example, a secondary tank three miles away would need to be evaluated separately as part of another facility.
Be sure and include all reported spill incidents to get an accurate assessment!
